We find it makes life a LOT easier setting up the injector rockers with the glow plugs out but on the last one we did about three weeks ago the glow plugs Tighten camshaft gear locking tool 2 to 70 Nm. Apply a torque of 80 Nm to camshaft gear in clockwise direction (12) . Tighten camshaft gear bolt to 150 Nm + 90°. Remove camshaft gear locking tool 2 (12) . Fit camshaft bearing cap 9 using a suitable sealant. NOTE: Camshaft bearing cap bolts MUST only be used once. O2FZF.
