The p0455 is more than likely due to a faulty/loose/missing gas cap. The p1489 & 1490 are pointing to the low&High speed fan relays, however it is very uncommon that these 2 relays go at the same time, and is more likely a result of a faulty Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) cooling fan relay which controls both Low&High speed relays.

We are having same issues with a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited we purchased a couple months ago. The only difference is it's not at any RPM exactly but it's at the higher speed of 55+MPH. Random misfire with same codes p0300, p0302, 303, 304, and 306. also pO455. Random misfire code and 4 cylinder misfires.
